This is quite frustrating. I've been making my game face (using photos) and everything wirks until I 'Generate Gameface'. As everytime I get the same message...

Same problem here. XP SP2, IE7.
Got the utility installed and all pre-reqs. Even added the easportsfootball.com site to my trusted sites and that still didn't work.
Very frustrating.
EA Please can you sort this out as we've bought the game it would be nice to use the features that are supposed to be used in the game.

I've sorted my problem.
My machine is on a domain, I logged on with to the machine with the local admin account (NOT THE DOMAIN) and it work.
Give that a try.|||Im using windows vista and ive been getting network not responding and it finally started to work and now i get Trust not Granted....come on EA i really was looking foward to this. Any solutions? :)|||Hi there.
Try right-clicking on the application and selecting Run as Administrator; Trust not Granted is a UAC issue.

I got a big problem!!! Please help please!!
my psn is georgesaybe i upload a video to ea sports and all my goal and my info of matches etc is in another account that was made automatically that not mine but has my name i u searcj on prfiles there is 2 georgesaybe!!!!
and yes i got my correct email on the account that i create!
please help help help i cant have an avatar because this i i would not get my game face because this problem please help|||

Download game face fix STICKY
this is a fix for the 'no game face ' download issue
1. go EA.com and login (Make sure its ea.com and not ea football world)
2. go to your profile
3.where it says set your default persona click your psn/xbl username
don't know if this 1 bellow really matters but try it
4. go in to a ranked online match
5. while in the match look and see if ur game face pic is on the bar at the bottom

Alas, not really at this time. Nothing prevents you from using adequate photos and obtain a female looking avatar, however since the facial recognition is adapted to a male body, the final facial features are somewhat distorted into, as you might discover, unflattering results.
We definitely would like to add this feature though, however we still have not figured out all technical dependencies, particularly on console.

I understand how you feel and this is certainly shared by any of us at EA. That said, agreeing does not make the technical dependencies i referred to go away, unfortunately. Gameface is compatible with FIFA series only at the moment, and the gameplay there does not support gender.
We could certainly add gender items, such hairstyles and more, from the web only - and we have been tempted to do just that. But the real and better answer lies in us supporting gender all the way from web to game with a consistent experience, lest we end up providing a female workflow that would look and feel beneath that of the male counterpart - Which would not correspond to our intent to have the feature support great experiences for both genders equally.
Consequently, we are working on solving this aspect in a proper way and it will continue to take time.
We do thank everyone for continuing to send input. Don't be afraid to be specific as well - Which hairstyles and content you would like to see, and what features you think are still missing.

Game face disappeared
I changed my facial hair style from the web. When i tried to save, it kept saying that the save failed so i logged out and logged in again. But now my game face is gone and it says 2d gallery is empty. When i try to download my game face to my xbox 360 it says theres no game face to download. Please I want my game face back...
p.s. My game face in the game is still there but the changes I made arent applied|||

gameface plugin aint working for me
I have installed GamefaceBrowserPluginInstaller.1.3.1.0 several times now, and i close my browser, refreshing it and have done everything of my knowledge so know Im here asking for some help. What is wrong? I have installed it both with IE and mozilla firefox and when im back at uploading photos it just tells me to download "GamefaceBrowserPluginInstaller.1.3.1.0". Please help me, getting sick of this

Try disabling temporarily firewall or other router/port blocker security software on your local network. Also, what version of IE and Firefox are you running?
