Application Download Error

I am having problems after I create my Game Face..
Once everything is fixed I click on Generate Game Face and I am prompted to download a xaml file that opens with Internet Explorer.. Once it open I get this error message..

I click on the error log button and this is what comes up..

I have searched for answers and a couple of other people had this issue but received no answer..
