Alas, not really at this time. Nothing prevents you from using adequate photos and obtain a female looking avatar, however since the facial recognition is adapted to a male body, the final facial features are somewhat distorted into, as you might discover, unflattering results.
We definitely would like to add this feature though, however we still have not figured out all technical dependencies, particularly on console.

***Well how about adding some female options to the styles at least. We could use some female hair and eyebrow options and the ability to change colors to add make up etc. They're available on the games....why not on game face? I don't see any reason why after scrolling back through 2 years of women complaining of being excluded from these options and not recognized as gamers that EA can't spend the time to write the code to add this feature.....it's ridiculous, inexcusable, and outright sexist.|||

I understand how you feel and this is certainly shared by any of us at EA. That said, agreeing does not make the technical dependencies i referred to go away, unfortunately. Gameface is compatible with FIFA series only at the moment, and the gameplay there does not support gender.
We could certainly add gender items, such hairstyles and more, from the web only - and we have been tempted to do just that. But the real and better answer lies in us supporting gender all the way from web to game with a consistent experience, lest we end up providing a female workflow that would look and feel beneath that of the male counterpart - Which would not correspond to our intent to have the feature support great experiences for both genders equally.
Consequently, we are working on solving this aspect in a proper way and it will continue to take time.
We do thank everyone for continuing to send input. Don't be afraid to be specific as well - Which hairstyles and content you would like to see, and what features you think are still missing.
