Photofit calculation proceeding?

is it suppose to be unresponsive? it shows that its poped up twice in applications both say not responding. the first time i was going to post this thread it went away and said it was takeing me back to the apperance cuz my face generated but its only did that one time out of days of trying this. for the life of my i cannot get my face generated is it really to much to ask to get my face in game|||Yes Please tell us what to do just as he said is it too hard to get my face in the game? :)|||I'm getting this error too with both Firefox & IE, been trying to do gameface since FIFA came out and have posted on the forums with the problem but have recieved no help so good luck :)|||still nothing :)
