Initially appear charging the ea logo. After loading shows a black box instead the game face 3d. Due to the above i cant save the final gameface (despite the black box i can create my gameface and apply, but cant save it)
i've win xp, try on ie, firefox and chrome.
any suggestion i will apreciate it

Despite i had a driver from just two month ago, the principal issue was the actualization of vga driver.
By the way, the old driver was integrated with catalyst center, the new driver no, maybe there is a factor to watch.

Hi, i have a problem with the preview of the 3d gameface in the ea web. All the options seem to work ok but the preview doesnt show the face.
