how do I get the avatar picture to upload to my xbox360 from the computer

I completed my picture and saved it. It says my saved status is complete. The xbox 360 still states I have no uploaded any picture. What I am i doing wrong?|||i cant find the website it has the year 11 :)|||this is for tiger woods 08
