Hi!
I have been trying to create my own game face for FIFA 11 for about 30 hours now and I always end up with this error:
"An upload error occured. Please try again."
Everything seems to be fine until the generationprocess is complete and it tries to upload the gameface.
Please help me with this, its damn annoying.

Thanks for your reply. This is an old Gameface I have deleted as there is a problem with the skin tone. As of today I am still experiencing the same problem when trying to upload a new one. I tried clearing the cache for both the browser and flash but still no luck. Any more suggestions would be very much appreciated.|||

You could also try from the NA website. Log in with your usual credentials, then access your player hub and the Gameface Creator from there.

On Windows, the path should look something like C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Electronic Arts\Game Face\1.0.0.18\log.txt or C:\Users\<username>\Application Data\Electronic Arts\Game Face\1.0.0.18\log.txt.
On Mac, the path should look something like /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Electronic Arts/Game Face/log.txt.

Yep tried Firefox, IE and Chrome, oddly enough it struggled on Chrome which thought was odd as it uses the least resources. Anyway yes same error on all browsers I'm afraid.
One last thing - Do you have a somewhat slow internet connection, or are doing background downloads at the same time? The reason i ask is that generally, this type of return code gets sent when network congestion cause slow transit to the server, among other possible reasons.

You are right, clearly not your connection speed in cause here. Your case is unique so far, which makes it particularly intriguing (albeit obviously annoying that it is getting in the way of fun).
Several people are debugging this as we speak, with no solid idea yet. I will update asap.
If you have some motivation left to try something new, try at a friend's home with their computer, or try with a Mac.|||Hi ,
