I can't save my GameFace after the photo is applied

If I select a default character and then I click on "Save" button, after several seconds I got this message:

Game Face save status: Complete

But if I apply my photo Game Face and click on "Save", I got:

Game Face save status: Failed

Please help me :)|||Hi, I install everything and my picture goes on top of the default character and it looks weird, how do I get rid of the default?
