Unity Player (Error launching Unity Player)

i downloaded all of the software for the gameface but when i click on to create it it comes up with an EA logo saying that the Unity player failed to load. I tried unistalling it an re-installing it and it didnt work i also tried it on IE but that didnt work either , any help would be apreciated
