Legacy Gameface COMPLETELY different person

Anyone know why? The EA Game Face look great, and I know it's not gonna be exact, but after I upload it on FNC, it just gives me a generic face. Help please! I downloaded all plugins and everything and have no errors.|||Now it's stuck at 98%...one of the biggest reasons I got FNC was because of this feature, and I seriously might return it before even boxing a single match...this is pretty ridiculous, all the bugs I've got only after a few hours (all of which was spent attempting Game Face).|||Anyone know a fix? HELLO? ANYONE?|||

Hey there,
To my knowledge Game Face, the web creation feature, is not available in FNC. The game uses another related feature that you can find in the TOOLS tab on your profile page at easports.com.
I assume you have tried the latter?

Yes indeed, they are two different features. You could see Game Face on the web being the next generation of the technology - For now, Game Face is supported only on the web and in the FIFA titles in 3D.
