Unable to download Game face

I'm now finish with creating my game face and I have recived thees follownig messengers " Game Face save status: Complete" and "Click OK to save Game Face for use in FIFA 10". When i'm trying to download my Game face the same messenge shows up and I'm told to go the Internet page :http://www.eafootball.com Anyone who can help me? :)|||The servers continue to be busy and the game is pulling your Game Face from those same servers. Please be patient and try again. We've noticed that more and more people are achieving success after running into this issue and you should be able to succeed in downloading your Game Face during these non-peak hours.
