game face trouble please help

when i go to start my gameface i cant get past the instructions because my computer wont let me scroll down to the next button to start adding my pictures. idk what the problem is everything is smooth until then. ive tried on slower computers and it works but they cant generate the photo. i have windows 7 is that the problem?|||Have you tried adjusting your display modes?|||I am having the same exact problem and then after I trick the computer by scrolling down fast and then clicking next, I cant generate my GameFace because on the last step I am left with a blank black screen and it never finishes
