gameface does not show up

hey, ive tried this multiple times, on different browsers (chrome, ffx, iexplorer) but after generating the game face, i cant find it anywhere. I guess it's supposed to load into that gameface editor, but theres just a default face there each and everytime.
i've created it before, like 2 years ago or something, or whenever it was just out, and it worked fine back then, but for some reason when i import my face into fifa 11 its all blue-greyish. so i decided to make a new one and stumbled upon this problem.

Try clicking the "apply" button under the START tab.|||there is no apply button :)
I just now tried saving a default face but it fails everytime, maybe that has something to do with the problem as well?|||bump|||
