i couldnt even generate my gameface untill i done that folder thing..u know..(appdata\EA\...) then it let me generate my head...now its generated and when i try to save it says ''an error occured,please try again''
has anyone else got this far an had this problem??

I have the same damn problem. it says something about "there was a problem preparing the input assets" and it won't let me customize the hair either. the option wont load when i click on it...we are not the only ones with this problem which is why i dont understand there hasnt been a solution for this yet.
