GameFace will not load.

I don't get a gray box, just an EA logo and the page doesn't load.
I've tried clearing the cache and Flash cache too.
Any help?
EDIT: Having re-installed Unity and the GameFace plugin I'm now getting the gray box...|||I get the same thing. Just a grey box.|||

How about trying to update Flash to the latest version (see here).
Can you provide more info on OS and browser version?
