worst service ever

I bought FIFA 10 on 1st October.
I install it and register myself on easports.com (i always play game online) and start game.
Widget connect: error connecion or wrong name etc etc: why name and pass works on site and not in game? EA sports is noobest ever. Results can't play online.
I go on gameface generator, since 3 days doesn't works. 3 DAYS.
Contact support 3 TIMES, 1 live chat (wrong help) and 2 NO ANSWER after 2 days. THX.
Then now, dear EA *, what happen with your BETA TESTER? All of them works with whisky an Gin?
What happen to my 40 EURO for NO PLAY? Bounch of noob.
I say after this i never goin to buy game from you.
Learn to make it, then do it.
