Gameface won't download

I just bought Fifa 11 en i downloaded my old gameface with ease. But when I edited my gameface on easportsworld and tried to download it again in the game, it stops at 99% and my xbox freezes.

You are the fourth person to report this, and unfortunately at this time we have no useful clue. We will update as soon as possible.
In the meantime, take a peek at the troubleshooting tips below where i outline a potential, and unconfirmed, workaround. Not much of a solution, unfortunately.|||I have the same problem. A few people are reporting this, but we are having a hard time trying to reproduce it. I don't know how i can help you to reproduce the problem..I guess I've done the normal procedure.. I haven't tried to edit my old game-face, i've just created a new one.|||

FIFA team is on this one, there are a handful of people in this case as well. In the meantime, i wonder if saving another time and trying to download again works.

What do you mean saving another time? Just saving this one or creating and saving a new gameface?
In the first case, saving doesn't fix the problem.

I would make a change, say hairstyle, save, then try downloading again. I would also try deleting your avatar using the reset button, try downloading in game for the game to realize there is no more Gameface on the server, then create a new one, save, try downloading.
That said, this issue is with the FIFA team now and I will let you know whenever i hear of status update.|||Thanks for the "change something and save" tip, but it doesn't work. The Customer Service dudes have deleted my old gamertag, associated with the old gameface which is actually irreplaceable with a new one. I hope it worked- It doesn't. Same problem.
