hair/facial hair

I can generate and upload my gameface fine until I get onto FIFA 11. The hair and facial hair I have chosen is no longer there and my player is bald. Is there a way around this?|||

Assuming i looked into the right account:

I did not detect anything wrong with the data server side. Can you try saving your avatar again on the web and re-importing into FIFA 11?
