How to make a club member game face and downloading it?

im trying to get the Recognise anyone? achievement but i am having trouble finding how to make your club member faces any help is appreciated!|||I was wondering about this too! I'm guessing the club face will be more like what our Game Face looks like on the Game Face creator, and will replace the grey silhouette that appears after a pro game at the top of the player ratings... Still have no idea how to do it though! :)
