Problems downloading gameface to fifa!!!!!!

I have created my gameface online, all fine, until i go to fifa, and click "download game face".. to which i get the response of "There is no gameface to dowload. go to www.easportsfootball.com to create a game face".. this is infuriating because my game face is on my avatar in teh bottom right, and it shows online, just i cannot put it on my player, which is teh whole and only reason i did this!.. i would greatly appreciate some help on the matter!|||I'm having the exact same problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
