They won't let me generate(even though i installed)

What should i do???I have uninstalled and tried again same thing!!And also i used custom game face i choosed a black eyebrow,they gave me a grey one!!|||Searching is a good start... adding to an existing thread here is more helpful than making a new one as takes more time for them to read 100 threads about the same thing than it does for them to see 100 posts for the same problem in 1 thread
